1. Eligibility & Accounts

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned to another person without our consent.

2. Products & Availability

The Patriot Code offers premium American-made apparel and related goods. We make every effort to display the colors, fabrics, fit, and details of our products as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect actual colors or finishes. Sizing charts are provided as a guide and may vary slightly between styles.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or modify our offerings at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the quality of any product will meet your expectations beyond the warranties expressly stated herein.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — including, without limitation, where a product is unavailable, where an error in pricing or product information is identified, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

By placing an order you warrant that the products are for your personal, non-commercial use and not for resale, unless otherwise agreed in writing. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; a binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the products.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless stated otherwise; these are calculated and displayed at checkout.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order amount, including taxes and shipping. If payment cannot be processed, your order may be cancelled. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are your responsibility.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy for eligibility windows, condition requirements, and instructions before requesting a return.

Your use of optional third-party tools, and any reliance on third-party websites, is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the applicable third party's terms and policies.

9. Our E-Commerce Platform

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Shopify provides the underlying technology but is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the products you purchase or the transactions you enter into with us.

10. User Content & Feedback

If you send us comments, reviews, suggestions, or other submissions (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish that Feedback in any medium without restriction or compensation to you. You agree your Feedback will not violate any third-party right, will not contain unlawful or objectionable material, and will not contain malicious code.

Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with any policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which The Patriot Code is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
